First off, to use the WoW Model Viewer to view the Blood Elf and Draenie models, you need to download the alpha client for the Burning Crusade

Model Viewer: http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/download-19481.html

Install the client and skip the upgrading account part and then unzip the Model Viewer into the same directory. It doesn't do anything to your current game, it's like downloading a test realm client. I'm not too fond of the male blood elf hairstyles, but the rest of it is pretty okay.
