Location Start: Nalpak in The Barrens (45, 36)
Level: 17
Chain Quest: No
Deviate Hide drop off of Deviate mobs inside the instance.

Rewards:
Slick Deviate Leggings, or Deviate Hide Pack

If you back up and look at the entrance to the WC, you'll see a skull. Nalpak and the other questgiver are hiding in a cave that is the skull's right eye. To get there, climb the mountain above WC, (I did this from the western side of the mountain) and then drop down onto the "nose" of the skull face, and then jump into the small cave that is the eye. My WC party shared these two quests to me. Never having visited Nalpak and friend in the first place...I also had a heck of a time finding them to turn in my Deviate Hides -Allakhazam

99-Year-Old Port drops off of "Mad Magglish". Mad Magglish is located in the Wailing Caverns but before the Instance Portal. He is a goblin that spawns near the Entrance of the Caverns before the Portal.
