TIP:
I recommend you fail the first attempt while doing the quest, that way you can find the quest item in your bags and set it on your action bar for quick access. Additionally, set yourself up in the middle of the room-in reach of the majority of the peasants.
After you finish the quest, you'll need at least 5 more stacks of silk cloth to level to 240, or if you already have Mageweave Bandage level that until your level 240.
Heavy Mageweave Bandage
Req: 240 first aid, level 40
Runecloth Bandage
Req: 260 first aid, level 40
Heavy Runecloth Bandage
Req: 290 first aid, level 40.
